Manager - Inside Sales / Business Development

WCS India is seeking a motivated, skilled, and collaborative Manager – Inside Sales /Business Development to join our dynamic Team in a fast-growing, rapidly changing SaaS environment.

Working hand in hand with colleagues and stakeholders, the Manager is responsible for generating qualified sales leads to fill our new business pipeline. You will be responsible for developing a lead generation and conversion strategy that includes account-based marketing (ABM) to bring new leads in our ideal customer profile into our funnel. You will be responsible for nurturing these leads to conversion and will work closely with the Sales team to support their qualification, driving a new business pipeline for our sales team.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and achieve lead generation and conversion targets that align with our ARR goal and overall business strategies.
  • Primary & secondary Market Research.
  • Identifying new clients and new market segments.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Have a data driven and continuous improvement mindset, using data to make decisions and recommendations to improve our growth marketing approaches and strategies.
  • Understanding the technologies of the products and solutions.
  • Introducing new products and features to existing customers.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Qualified Lead Generation through online portals.
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation with a focus on growth
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Ability to learn and understand modern day technology and market trends.
  • Comfortable working in an international, fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and competing demands.
  • Creative and out of the box thinking in the sales and marketing context.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Effective presenter & negotiator.
  • Confident user of MS-Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
